Balancing these priorities results in projects that advance the quality of life in communities across the globe.About the role:Our current Early Careers Talent Acquisition Consultant is heading on parental leave, so we have a 12month contract available to join us, based in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.Reporting into the Early Careers Lead you will be involved in the complete lifecycle of Graduates & undergraduate/intern recruitment from internal client briefings, preparing marketing material, preparing information for the employment agreement, keep warm strategy to ensuring the person's first few weeks are going well.Key Tasks:Working with the Early Careers Lead to ensure strategic resourcing requirements for the business are achieved.Supports the end-to-end process for vacancies across the lifecycle of graduate & undergraduate/intern and cadetsResponsible for stakeholder management at all levels, ensuring key relationships are cultivated.Build relationships with universities across Australia including student society, academics and careers services to increase brand awareness of Stantec.Work with Early Careers Lead to attract and increase quality of hires and reduce time/cost-to-fill while providing best in class service. Supports training and dissemination of strategies and actions to sponsor diversity and inclusion within Stantec.Works with the Early Careers Lead to identify process improvement.Create and execute innovative direct sourcing techniques.Ensure ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data is accurate and updated on a timely basis.Proactively communicate your progress with your stakeholders and maintain a high touch candidate experienceAbout You:With at least 2 years' experience in early careers talent attraction and recruitment coupled with a clear passion for the ever-changing early careers landscape. You will be highly organised, yet flexible enough to meet the demands of the business.
