**About the role**

As a key driver to bring top talent into Team Global Express, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) plays a pivotal role in attracting and retaining high-caliber white-collar professionals across various disciplines within the TGE. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, the TABP is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment.

**What you'll do**

**Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for white-collar roles across functions such as business operations, project management, corporate services, commercial, and technical operations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Lead proactive talent sourcing initiatives, including direct search, networking, industry and talent pipeline development.
- Utilise data, market insights and trends to advise on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.

**Business Partnering**
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, efficient, and inclusive recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the business on role prioritisation, talent needs forecasting, and succession planning.

**People Experience**

**Process & Systems**
- Ensure effective use of recruitment technology and maintain accurate data and reporting.
- Continuously bring ideas to improve recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency and alignment with best practice.
- Contribute to TA projects and initiatives, including DE&I hiring, internal mobility, and enhancements.

**What you'll bring**
- 7 + years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within a fast-paced internal TA function or agency specialising in white-collar recruitment.
- Ability to analyse hiring data and metrics and provide reporting insights to key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in partnering with business leaders and ability to partner with operational leaders align recruitment activity with business needs.
- Strong understanding of the labour market in Australia and of market trends, talent shortages, award interpretation and talent acquisition best practices.
- Managing vendors including Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSAs) in partnership with procurement and the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
- Awareness of relevant industrial relations frameworks, modern awards, and Safety legislation in Australia.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (desirable).
