About the role We are growing our team! Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager we have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our Talent Team onsite. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process and acting as an internal service provider to the People & Culture Business Partner and Hiring Managers on all recruitment and selection needs. You will provide fit for purpose talent solutions specific to the geographical locations designated to your portfolio, securing great candidates in a timely manner.
About You You bring a minimum of 3 years recruiting experience across salaried and blue-collar roles. You are known for building strong relationships and driving the recruitment process forward with energy and urgency. You are able to handle large volume recruitment and have exceptional time management skills to respond to the various demands of stakeholders. You are creative in your recruitment marketing to attract the best talent.
To be successful in this role you possess integrity and a strong work ethic. You are approachable and have strong interpersonal skills enabling you to be relatable to candidates with a pleasant and engaging communication style. You are adept at assessing talent and providing guidance and advice to Hiring Managers. You are competent in using recruitment systems and possess excellent communication both verbal and written.
Responsibilities Liaising with key stakeholders to determine candidate criteria, providing advice and guidance on the recruitment process. Preparing and posting job advertisements ensuring position descriptions are up to date based on key competencies. Evaluating, shortlisting, screening and coordinating interviews. Undertaking pre-employment screening. Acting as the interface between candidates and Hiring Managers. Populating and distributing weekly reporting on recruitment activity. Providing input into Executive reporting on market trends and key KPIs. Contributing to policy development, systems, and processes. Providing support to the Talent Acquisition Manager in the development of K&S's employer value proposition. Acting as a subject matter expert. To uphold our core value of "Everybody Safe Everyday" a police check and pre-employment medical will be required to be successful in this role.
