The Role As the Systems Project Manager, you will report into the Project Sponsor and take responsibility for the day to day running of the implementation of the Dayforce Payroll System, including planning, organisation, direction, controls, coordination, and implementation.
This role will involve strong collaboration with internal stakeholders at all levels, liaison with the Software provider and Delivery Implementation partner for project oversight, delivery assurance and project management through Monday.com.
This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position till December 2025 with a possibility of extension.
Experience in implementing a payroll system in a medium sized company is critical for this role's success.
This role is based in Adelaide. Responsibilities: Project planning: Define scope, goals, and tasks clearly.
Develop detailed plans for execution, including timelines and deliverables.Team coordination: Assemble and direct teams, assign tasks based on skills, and promote collaboration.Risk management: Identify and analyse project risks early, develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions.Budget oversight: Estimate costs, track spending, and adjust to stay within budget.Communication: Maintain transparent communication with partners and stakeholders, provide updates, and adapt to meet expectations.
Deliver change management plan in conjunction with Change Management Lead and ensure quality project documentation and reporting.Maintaining quality standards: Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet standards.
