Our Client, a Tier 1 Iron Ore Producer, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Systems Integration Change Manager to commence work in the Technology Projects Delivery team based in Brisbane, Qld.Please note this is a 6 month contract role to start with the possibility of an extension.Key Deliverables:Core Functionality Delivery (Immediate priority 3 months)Bowtie XP Enterprise Business Implementation (Next priority 3-6 months)Future State Ecosystem Project Delivery: Deliverable 1 to be completed by end Quarter 4 2024 and Deliverable 2 to be completed by end Quarter 1 2025.Key Responsibilities:Lead and conduct the change & communications planning and execution required for deliverables 1 & 2 of the Systems Integration workstream.Integrate and align systems change & communication requirements into the 3LoD Program change & communications planning and execution strategy.Coordination and development of the 1st Line Deployment systems integration toolkit to support the 1st Line Leads' engagements with the Product Groups.Lead and conduct change impact assessments on planned system changes to determine the level of communication required and appropriate communication channels in alignment with the 3LoD & HSES Transformation programs' change management plan.Lead and conduct detailed change impact assessments for any business process changes requiring global technology to inform RAPID decision-making.Support the Risk Data Migration strategy and Group Control Library quarterly updates – change management plan, communications, update to the toolkit etc.Support the 1st Line Leads to be the change agents and conduit between the program and PGs with regards to systems integration queries.Lead the change management and communications required for the implementation of Bowtie XP Enterprise.Support the Systems Integration PMO and Technical Leads in developing the future state project delivery change management plan.Formalise and document ways of working, stakeholder management approach and deliverable accountabilities where there is crossover with HSESC stakeholders and their Change Management team.Post 6-month initial contract, if extension is required/approved:Support the Systems Integration workstream in executing the future state project delivery change management plan.Core Experience Required:Strong change management experience in technology projects delivery.Experience working in complex programs of work.Exceptional stakeholder engagement/management skills and capable of navigating complex organisational structures within the resources sector.If you possess a positive attitude, work well within a team and have great attention to detail, please apply now to be considered for the role immediately.
