Our legacy of innovation and technical excellence sets us apart as the most advanced air-to-air refuelling supplier on the global stage.What you'll do: Supporting research and new product development in Eaton's Mission Systems Division (MSD).Responsible for requirements management, system architecture development, and supporting system integration and test.Provide technical oversight and guidance to other SE engineers based in US and in Global Teams as well as serve as an individual contributor.The product and systems are thermal fluid and dynamic mechanical systems that support aerospace applications.These aerospace applications are diverse and will primarily include aircraft refuelling, and actuation systems.Self-motivated to proactively learn about the technical domain of the given system and identify how and where the systems engineering discipline can create the highest value.Experience tailoring systems engineering practices to program scope and need.Work as a member and partner of the product team generating SE work products and providing technical guidance to incorporate systems engineering methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace industry as System EngineerMinimum of 3 years of experience with MBSE using SySML languageMinimum of 3 years of experience managing a group delivering SE work productsDemonstrated ability to balance SE discipline with product teamSkills: Master's degree in System Engineering.5 years of experience with CAMEO5-10 years of experience with DOORS5 years of direct experience managing engineering groupsDirect experience with participation in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR..)Demonstrated experience supporting complete product life cycle.Relationship building and ability to balance SE discipline into programsDemonstrated experience working with global M&S teamsWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
