About the Role Join our team as a Systems Coordinator on a contract basis until December 2025 with options for hybrid work.
This role is perfect for those who have a knack for system maintenance and enjoy providing solutions for software-related queries.
Based in our dynamic office environment, you'll have the opportunity to work with our Accounts Payable and Practice Management systems, ensuring their smooth operation and addressing any system errors that arise.
Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our reporting processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Regular updates and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal performance System updates for onboarding and offboarding staff, ensuring accuracy across systems Implementation of system changes for organisational structure changes Responding to queries related to Accounts Payable and Practice Management software and interconnected systems and platforms Troubleshooting system errors to minimise downtime for the business Generating accurate and timely reports to support business decisions Sound knowledge of professional services metrics, or a keen interest to learn Good understanding of processes and procedures About You Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable Experience with Access APS software is highly desirable Good communication skills and ability to articulate system processes to others A keen eye for detail and the ability to work methodically The capacity to work within tight deadlines and manage time effectively Proactive nature with a curious mindset Ability to identify improvements and implement to a specified timeline Willingness to learn and troubleshoot systems to devise solutions Why BDO?
