The Role
The Systems and Network Administrator is responsible for administering and supporting the ICT function at ACECQA. Reporting to the Manager, ICT Operations this position will provide all ICT systems administration and network support to ACECQA. This role will also oversee the development of key business systems and support the environment with in-depth software, operating system, enterprise application and networking hardware knowledge.
This role is full time and ongoing at ACECQA Band 5 ($87,752 - $106,928)The key duties of the position include:
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
Minimum of three years’ experience administering a hybrid cloud and hosted environment focusing on M365 product suite.
Experience in Level 3/4 system administration support and networking.
Experience in managing and administering security and compliance by identifying and mitigating security risks.
Proven troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
IT background and tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience and professional certifications.
Excellent customer service, communication skills including maintaining systems documentation.
While not essential, the following attributes will greatly assist you in the role:
Web and CMS administration skills including Drupal and IIS
***** administration and development skills
SharePoint administration skills and experience
Apple Mac and iOS device administration, management and deployment
