THE ROLE
Join our thriving Gas Networks & Services Team in a newly created role as a dedicated Systems Analyst. Based at our Derrimut or Thomastown depot, you will report to the Operations Delivery Manager and play a pivotal role in managing the Gas services contract's in-house technology platform. You will collaborate with programmers/consultants in Australia and the USA to ensure the platform application aligns with the framework and maintains commercial adherence.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Liaise with key stakeholders like field service centres to enhance the platform's efficiency.
Analyse data and provide insights & recommendations to optimise business operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Develop and upkeep dashboards to visualise the infrastructure and cloud resource landscapes.
Design and troubleshoot computer systems, collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and the IT team.
Generate system guidelines and manuals for the organisation and conduct regular training workshops/sessions.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you should have a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or management or proven experience in system support or delivery.
Programming & database knowledge in Java, SQL or Python is an advantage but optional.
