Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Business Applications team to implement the Group systems improvement plan aligned with strategic priorities.
Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to streamline business processes.
Develop and deliver reports using tools such as Power BI and SQL Server to meet end-user requirements.
Manage IT system changes, including requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
Identify and maintain system integrations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual input.
About You: Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.
Proficient in SQL and Business Intelligence tools; ERP experience is a bonus.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to create detailed documentation.
Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively with strong attention to detail.
