Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a major system transition and play a key role in supporting future payroll systems.

Experience with UKG Kronos systems, including acquisitions, testing, and system design is essential.
About the Role: Our client, a leading organization transitioning to SAP and Kronos Dimensions, is seeking an experienced Kronos Systems Administrator with a UKG Technical background to join their team.
This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition and effective management of the payroll systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of Kronos Central and Dimensions, as well as the ability to provide support for configuration, testing, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities: Configuration & Maintenance: Support the configuration of Kronos systems.
This involves pay rule and code maintenance, employee groups/organizational sets setup, and primary labour account updates.
System Design & Testing: Oversee the design of the system and perform comprehensive testing to ensure that current and future states of Kronos systems are functioning as expected.
This includes decommissioning of payroll systems and moving data across platforms.
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with payroll regulations.
Liaise with the compliance team to address any configuration issues and maintain pay code and pay rule accuracy.
Ideal Candidate: Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in Kronos Central and Dimensions.
Proven experience with technical systems administration, including configuration and integration.
Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and address issues proactively, ensuring the smooth operation of payroll systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
Comfortable working closely with various non-technical stakeholder groups.
Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering solutions and support to stakeholders.
Experience: Experience with Kronos systems, including acquisitions, testing, and system design is essential.
