The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a Systems Accountant has become available within the team at our Eagle Farm office in Brisbane.
As the Systems Accountant, your goal will be to deliver effective and efficient support and maintenance of end user systems, primarily focused on P1 & P2 systems, software, and processes. The primary goal is to improve technologies utilized in the business and address business challenges.
Key responsibilities will include:
Take ownership of all L1 & L2 issues and requests pertaining to business-critical applications and finance systems. Participate in the creation and delivery of training material for the application sets utilized within the SunPork Group. Participate in group change management activities monthly for systems and applications across numerous sites. Assist in the implementation of project initiatives throughout the group. Proactively monitor tier-1 applications, identifying errors and implementing fixes. Assist peers within the IT team to deliver services within other locations. What We're Looking For
We have established an efficient, highly skilled yet diversified team. As a key member, you will ideally possess:
Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Information Technology, or equivalent formal IT industry qualifications. Minimum 12 months demonstrable experience supporting end users of enterprise class ERP systems such as D365, SAGE, AX, Great Plains, etc. A proven record of exceptional customer service and support skills. Demonstrate a capacity to provide best in class processes and documentation, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations. Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. Ability to work within small time frames and provide prompt responses. Excellent attention to detail combined with organisational and time management skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. What We Offer
