To be considered for this role you will need:
Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead to close and consistently meet or exceed targets Strong business acumen and building industry knowledge Successful previous experience in communicating and influencing effectively to achieve sales Hit sales targets and achieve growth through efficient use of resources, including time MUST be a team player Your experience will include:
Building knowledge with previous swimming pool experience preferred Achievement oriented and proactive in delivering agreed targets Ability to persuade and influence others Objective and able to see the 'big picture' Strong operational and planning skills with a forensic follow-up Able to create, compose, and edit written materials and quotes Team player who works easily with different personalities, both in a team environment and unsupervised Well presented Be a 'closer'!
Candidates must be willing to work on a rotating weekday/weekend roster and be able to provide their own laptop and mobile phone.
