About the facility
South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) is a government-established joint venture, supplying ICT shared services to acute public hospitals and associated health services within the Barwon and south west regions of Victoria, covering some 60,000 square kilometres. SWARH aims to support health outcomes in these regions through centralised, expert, specialist ICT services and strategic solutions for its member health services and customers. The organisation is a critical component of the region’s health sector; prioritising and optimising the health of the communities it serves.
About the role
We currently seeking a motivated Customer Support Officer to provide excellent customer service and I.T support for our customers. In this role you will need to provide efficient and effective delivery of on-site ICT services across the SWARH region for workstations and operating environment whilst ensuring positive customer experience and outcomes.
About the culture
We have a fantastic team of support specialists located in Geelong and around the South West region of Victoria. We collaborate on improvements and support one another in a fun environment.
