We have multiple opportunities for New and Experienced Disability Support Workers to work within a dynamic team at our Supported Independent Living service based in the Inner-Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. If you are a hardworking, eager individual with the desire to support and improve the lives of people living with disabilities - this is the role for you!
Initially, the positions we have available are casual with an immediate start (subject to proving all compliance); however, there are opportunities to convert to permanent part-time in the future.
Profile We are open to candidates with varying levels of skills and experience. To be successful in this role, ideally, you will demonstrate the following:
Enthusiastic about working with people with a range of disabilities. Commitment to family and person-centred approaches, supporting inclusion and participation in the community. Ability to build and manage friendly relationships within a team environment. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Availability to work 9.00 am to 3.00 pm, Monday through to Friday. #J-18808-Ljbffr
