This position is casual and involves providing essential support to clients in both the aged care and NDIS sectors. Locations North Shore (eg. Lane Cove, Chatswood, St Ives) Gladesville-Ryde-Eastwood Western Suburbs (eg. Burwood, Ashfield, Auburn) St George & Sutherland Shire (eg. Rockdale, Hurstville, Menai) Metropolitan Sydney (eg. Surry Hills, Glebe, Pagewood) Parramatta - Hills District South Western Suburbs (eg. Campsie, Bexley, Villawood) What you'll be doing Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Providing companionship and engaging clients in social and recreational activities Advocating for client needs and ensuring their wellbeing and safety Maintaining accurate client records and reporting any changes or concerns Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care What we're looking for Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification Demonstrated experience in aged care and/or disability support Speak languages other than English (eg.
