We are looking for passionate Support Workers to join our team across all metropolitan regions in Adelaide.

What you'll do: Provide personalised support to older individuals in accordance with their unique needs and preferences.Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, domestic tasks, and activity support.Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community engagement.Follow and contribute to the customer's care plan.Maintain and ensure completion of documentation, while maintaining confidentiality.About You! You are a talented and passionate Support Worker. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. Ideally you will have experience within the Health Care Sector.
