Job DescriptionWeKare Disability Services is seeking to employ bright, enthusiastic, qualified support workers for clients in Launceston TAS.
Ideally, we require support workers who are experienced in supporting complex participants, specifically those with severe autism and language disorders.
The ideal candidates should have:
Experience working with participants with complex needsAbility to drive a manual carUnderstanding of behaviours of concernStrong listening and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including participants' representatives and other professionalsThe positions will be casual with long hours as the client will require 24-hour care.
We require candidates for a variety of roles with varied competencies ongoing.
