Your role Assisting people to live as independently as possible in their own homes and in the community.
Assisting with personal care, such as showering, getting dressed, oral care, personal grooming, conducting daily tasks, and household chores such as laundry and cooking.
Providing social support and companionship to individuals with disabilities and those recovering from mental health disorders through social outings.
Assisting those with physical and psycho-social difficulties to stay independent in their own homes while helping to build confidence and life skills.
Assisting with light housework, such as vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.
Helping with cooking, doing dishes, planning meals, and grocery shopping.
Driving clients and running errands.
Helping people get out and about in the community.
Helping people get to and from appointments, fill out paperwork, and apply for other supports like social housing, employment, or other entitlements.
Reviewing and revising care support plans.
Being a part of the Passion Aid Care team by supporting clients and fellow support workers.
