As a Child & Youth Support Worker at BoraCare, you will be an integral part of our team working on a 24/7 consistently rotating roster, encompassing day, afternoon, and night shifts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children and young people.Assisting children & young people with daily tasks and meeting their individual needs.Engaging children & young people in age-appropriate activities and providing guidance in developing independent living skills.Offering continuous care and support to ensure the well-being of the children and young people in our program.Responding to trauma-based behaviours with empathy and understanding.
