Support Scheduler

What you'll be doing in this roleSupporting and connecting our community care clients and support workers, enabling our clients to live independently in their homes.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity and is based at ourWestern Sydney office.
We are looking for people with Aged Care community experience.Key responsibilities include:Managing inbound and outbound calls servicing enquiriesScheduling of clients and Support WorkersManaging and negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholdersCommunicating continuously with a range of internal and external stakeholdersWho we're looking forExperience using Alayacare (not essential) or other rostering / scheduling systems.Exceptional team playerAged Care experience is preferredAbility to work in a fast paced environmentStrong problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to create, manage and maintain strong relationshipsBenefits & cultureAs an organisation we celebrate our diversity and welcome all people regardless of lifestyle choices, ethnicity, faith, sexual orientation and gender identity.
