### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Support:**
- Provide professional and effective customer service via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to assist clients with inquiries and issues.
- Address customer complaints with empathy and understanding, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our database, ensuring that all information is up to date.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
- **Training & Development:**
- Mentor and assist new team members in understanding processes and systems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry standards to provide informed support to clients.
- **Innovation:**
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives that align with Brighte's mission and values.
- **Persuasion & Influence:**
- Effectively communicate Brighte's values and benefits to clients and potential partners.
- Leverage consultative selling techniques to assist clients in understanding their options and making informed decisions.
### **Requirements**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Reliable: Consistently dependable and committed to meeting the needs of our clients and team.
- Driven: Highly motivated to achieve goals, embrace challenges, and contribute to the company's success.
- **Soft Skills:**
