Full-time permanent position available
Work with teams in Perth & Wheatbelt

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and emotionally resilient Support Manager to support our team and guide our Children and Young People in Perth and the Wheatbelt. This opportunity is Permanent Full-time during weekdays.
Own It- How we get the job done
As the Support Manager, you will ensure the coordination of all service at the residential site and complete day to day case work, guaranteeing the needs of our Children and Young People are being met in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
The Support Manager will enable our Children and Young People to improve their quality of life, participation in the community ensuring service delivery is person centred and is based on a framework of strengths based intervention and support. This will be achieve by providing excellent support, supervision and management of the Residential Support Workers.
This role will oversee some of the Out of Home Care services/houses in Perth and the Wheatbelt.

Make It Matter- What you will bring to make a difference in other's lives
Relevant Management experience of CYP in OOHC who have a disability and/or with complex care needs due to trauma-based background
Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Social Welfare, Psychology, Community Services and/or equivalent experience in service delivery.
Experience supporting staff who regularly face crisis situations in the course of their work
Knowledge and demonstrated experience to work within the relevant legislation, OOHC Standards, policies, and procedures
Capacity to apply culturally appropriate practices with Aboriginal and culturally and linguistically diverse communities
Excellent oral and written communication and demonstrated administration skills and computer literacy
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary teams and in partnership with other services, and to receive feedback and guidance
Current drivers licence
Willingness to work out of business hours
Working with Children Check
