Our team is passionate and motivated to achieve positive outcomes for participants, their families, and other stakeholders through our relevant experiences and in-depth knowledge of the industry.The role:We have an exciting opportunity for an NDIS Support Coordinator based in our Bunbury office.On any given day, our Support Coordinators can deal with many critical tasks which require exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, detailed and accurate administrative skills, the ability to multitask, and maintain a focus on time and organisation.Most importantly, a Support Coordinator must have the ability to truly engage through empathy with participants, supporting them to navigate the NDIS marketplace, working collaboratively with providers and stakeholders, whilst maintaining productive community and inter-agency relations.A working knowledge of the NDIS or at least some aspects of the scheme, from prior employment or through lived experience, will be beneficial.
