We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized Administration Assistant/Support Coordinator to join our Technology team at our WA Support Office.
About the role: As the Support Coordinator, you will work closely with the Technology Team to assist with the day-to-day operations. This includes booking travel for the team and supporting various team-related initiatives and events.
In addition, you will: Provide daily support to the Technology Leadership team Process orders, expense claims, invoices, licence renewals and payments Process CWIP projects and Fixed Assets Assist with P&L review and journals in consultation with leaders Manage and update records and files Oversee the team member recognition program and coordinate team events. About you: Joining a dynamic team, you are an experienced administration professional known for your detail-oriented and flexible approach to work. Your ability to work under pressure, excellent time management, and communication skills have served you well. You possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and are committed to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you will ideally have: 1-2 years' experience in a similar Technology administrative support role Proficiency across the Microsoft O365 Suite Strong organisational skills A passion for new ways of working with a focus on continuous improvement Financial acumen across Capex/Opex, P&L journals, Fixed Assets would be highly advantageous We're here to support you.
