We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Leader for the Boeing Airpower Teaming System (ATS) Program. The ATS is a new unmanned aircraft using artificial intelligence to extend the capabilities of manned and unmanned platforms, and represents Boeing's largest investment in an unmanned aircraft outside of the United States. It is designed to work as a smart team with existing military aircraft to complement and extend airborne missions, and is the first to be designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia in more than 50 years.
This role will have responsibility across the ATS Program for aligning supply chain strategy, relationships and performance. It will support program leadership in a consolidated approach to performance from the SCM team and industry partners, and support decision making by contributing supply chain subject matter expertise into business strategy, partnering and product roadmap activities. This is a key supply chain execution leadership role and we are seeking applicants who possess the following attributes:

Responsibilities
Developing and evolving the supply chain architecture in line with program requirements, and customer needs
Leading the development of sourcing strategies, supplier development activities and Australian Industry Capability
Leading the creation and management of strategic supplier partnerships
Managing the performance of the supply chain
Developing export plans and working with the Australia export agencies to maximise Australian export opportunities
Developing and managing global industrial engagement plans with the International Strategic Partnerships organisation to enable ATS export opportunities
Developing and managing cost reduction activities for the on-going affordability of the ATS worldwide
Integrating with stakeholders across the Boeing Autonomous Systems division, and teams in Australia and the US
Enable collaboration across programs to identify and leverage commonalities, innovation and efficiencies across multiple programs.

Experience/Qualifications
10 years + experience in a strategic supply chain environment. Manufacturing and production experience desirable.
Tertiary or other formal qualifications and experience in a relevant field (desirable)
Experience in senior roles within a matrix organisation (desirable)
