Supply and Logistics Coordinator
Hexagon Mining is looking for a full time Supply and Logistics Administration Coordinator to assist the Supply and Logistics Manager and team in daily operations. We are seeking an energetic and experienced administration professional who is competent and committed to logistics/supply and administration, working across all aspects of the supply chain.

Your days will be busy and varied in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Working with both internal and external customers, you will provide accurate and timely administration of day-to-day logistics and operational activities to meet business deadlines. Initial 6 month contract with potential to transfer into a full-time permanent role for the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibility:
Administration, accurate and timely data entry in Business Systems (SAP is must have and Sales Force is desirable)
Tracking Freight Consignments (Internal and External Customers)
Maintain Accurate Filing System for Customer Invoices
Supply Chain Support – Repairs/New Orders
Purchasing (Supplier Interaction)
Receipting of Incoming Goods
Stock take of inventory as required

Knowledge & Experience Required:
Fast and accurate computer skills
Experience with SAP is a prerequisite (Version: SAP EHP 8)
Experience with Sales Force is desirable (Version: Lightning/Classic Salesforce)
Experience with Microsoft Office – Intermediate is desirable
Experience with Data Entry
Experience (3+ years) in an administration role within supply / logistics / warehousing / equipment repair
Experience with Daily scheduling and planning
Knowledge/Understanding of Inventory Processes
Knowledge of Mining / Electronics is preferable
Knowledge of Exporting and Importing Processes desirable
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task
Police Clearance is required or willing to obtain
Customer Focused (internal and external)
Ability to work to Strict Deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
Self Motivated and Personally Driven
High level of Attention to Detail
Strong Time Management and Prioritisation Skills
Strong Problem Solving Skills
