We are looking for a Supervisor to lead the Mine Water Management team at our Pannawonica operation.
This role is crucial to operational success, safety and overall productivity, while coordinating mine production, monitoring of targets and engaging with the team to ensure a positive impact.

Reporting to the Superintendent Mine Water Management and working in a challenging and exciting environment within the West Angelas Mine Operations team, you will: Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive respectful behaviours, practices, and processes, whilst providing leadership, development, and support to your team Complete daily inspections of all work areas and regular on the job interactions with the team to develop a safe and efficient work culture Regularly review the dewatering/water management network and performance to ensure the daily mine water management operations are not compromised Oversee and utilise the work management system to plan, prioritise, and execute tasks required to operate and maintain the water management network, including adherence to dewatering targets Drive continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities for improvement in maintaining and operating dewatering infrastructure What you'll bring A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team Leadership experience and confidence in leading, developing and coaching team members Relevant Leadership experience in the mining industry, preferably as an Electrician Valid WA Electrician License Ability to plan and execute small projects Experience working with HSE management systems Computer literacy and proficiency in the suite of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word Experience with work management systems (SAP) would be beneficial Dewatering experience beneficial A current Australian manual driver's license What we offer Be recognised for your contribution, you're thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you've helped the world progress.
