Supervisor / Forman (Linemarking)

Roadways is seeking an experienced Civil Operations (Line Marking) Supervisor / Foreman to plan and lead works for our newly established North East operations team.
Based in Launceston and reporting to the Statewide Linemarking Manager, you will play a vital role in leading a small team while driving operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring safe work practices including adherence and understanding of WHS requirements Contract deliverables including reporting and record keeping Daily management of works including job planning and scoping Management of employees and sub-contractors Identifying team skill gaps and driving a high-performance culture Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timeframes and quality objectives are met Providing technical advice as required within the team To be successful in the role you will need:
