We are looking for a Supervisor with Construction experience to join our QLD Operations and support our Ferny Grove project. About the role Successful candidates will be responsible for achieving optimum production and cost outcomes through the management of direct staff and subcontractors whilst maintaining a healthy and safe work environment and committing to environment and sustainability requirements.
As the successful candidate you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
Skills and Experience To be considered for our talent pool and future positions, you will require:
Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Supervisor with experience on commercial construction projectsProven ability to drive and deliver successful projectsDemonstrable understanding of safety, health and environment best practiceSolid communication and management skillsCulture and Benefits The successful candidate will be rewarded with the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects and ongoing professional development within a supportive and friendly team environment.
