About the Role: The Asset Management team is currently seeking a Superintendent Engineering Projects to join them on a 4:3 FIFO roster based at the Roy Hill Mine. Reporting to the Manager Asset Management Processing, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of sustaining capital projects for Roy Hill at our Processing Plant operations. This includes, but is not limited to, identification, project scoping, definition, execution, and handover.
The Superintendent Engineering Projects will support the operations and engineering reliability teams to deliver various sustaining capital, safety, reliability and improvement projects across Roy Hill.
Duties: Deliver a portfolio of brownfield projects from initiation to execution, safely within budget and schedule, utilising the project framework principles. Lead a team of Project Leads and Engineers, identify the development needs of individuals and coach, mentor, and support them to improve their knowledge, skills or performance. Support the development, reporting, and tracking of project execution plans, contracting and manning strategies, finances and schedules with a focus on stakeholder engagement. Partake in Safety in Design reviews, HAZOP/ID, CRAW and other health and safety focussed activities as part of delivering projects. Supervise the transient workforce as part of various projects and initiatives, this includes, but is not limited to online and offline (shutdown) works, across our Processing operations. Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in Project Supervision and/or Management. Proven experience in Project execution Supervision in Processing Facilities. Experience leading a high performing team. Experience working within Operational and Brownfields Environments. Mine Site Facilities: Modern, comfortable camp accommodation.
