Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with an organisation that provides civil construction management services to public and private sector. They are seeking a Submissions Coordinator on a permanent basis located in Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities Support the creation of various marketing and communications documents, such as Capability Statements, CVs, and Project Highlights. Oversee the development, organization, and submission of fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interest, and complex bids/tenders from inception to finalization. Ensure that all tender submissions meet the specific requirements and evaluation criteria set by clients. Play a role in enhancing and refining proposal templates and related materials. Craft innovative communication strategies for effective submissions and tenders. Maintain adherence to company branding and procedural standards. Guarantee that tender submissions are completed and delivered punctually and through the proper channels. Assist the estimating team by gathering and verifying pricing details from suppliers as needed. Keep the database of preferred suppliers current and accurate. Finalize bid submissions by drafting special conditions letters, completing client-specified forms, and including all necessary documentation. Essential Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the construction sector. Strong proficiency in copywriting. Self-driven with the capability to handle tender submissions independently. Enthusiasm for writing developing and engaging presentations and documents. Skilled in accurately understanding and interpreting submission requirements. Coordinating with team members to gather necessary tender information and input. Able to manage priorities effectively and meet tight deadlines. How To Apply
