Job Description:
As the Studio Coordinator, you will be the first impression of BUCK, interacting with clients/guests and taking care of our employees. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about hospitality and play a pivotal role in developing a nurturing, positive workplace environment. This person is proactive and passionate about culture building. The ideal candidate will also work closely with Resourcing Management and Production to help ensure the studio's processes run smoothly, so you must be detail oriented, work well under pressure, and not be afraid to get your hands dirty! Tasks may include taking & synthesizing notes, updating production and resourcing docs, coordinating staffing needs, purchasing and tracking production assets, and other general production and resourcing support.

Administrative Support:
Work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the business to provide concierge level service.You will be the first impression for our clients, partners, and employees, so greeting and directing multiple visitors and guests in an appropriate and professional manner is a priority.Maintain overall reception appearance & other common areas.Sort mail and service all shipping & receiving tickets.Support the weekly onboarding of new hires.Create access card badges for all local new hires and freelancers.Liaise with the Communications team and leads on carrying out company meetings.Budgeting, purchasing, notes, and invoice management.Assisting Resource Management with Freelance Management if required.Culture & Engagement:
Assist with various projects related to employee experience, culture, and other initiatives.Assist in coordinating and executing campus programs and amenities.Coordinate and execute shared employee activities, including events and meetings both in-person and remotely.Communication of workplace activities and company-wide events.Assemble weekly team newsletter highlighting employee news and culture.Facilities Support:
Coordinate campus building service needs such as HVAC, janitorial, working directly with the Campus Manager, or with a third party on maintenance & repairs.Space management updates for assigned and unassigned seating, to track occupancy/vacancy rate.Employee move coordination, both in an in-office environment and a remote environment.Assist in coordinating future campus relocations to larger or additional offices as we continue to grow and expand.Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.A team player, who is flexible and professional.Proficient computer skills, Google Suite a plus.2 years prior experience with Reception, Workplace, and/or facilities operations.Excited to be a part of BUCK's culture.Pluses:
