You'll be the liaison for all creative tasks between campaign managers and creative for our in-house creative department. You'll need to juggle these tasks and keep track of all the moving parts to ensure that every project is delivered on time and to the brief specifications.
You should have at least 1-2 years working in a project management role and have a keen interest and understanding of creative elements. This is a chance to grow your experience in a supportive environment.
This role will require you to be in the office located at Honeysuckle in Newcastle.
KEY TASKS Scheduling jobs into creative. Developing timelines working with the Studio manager and campaign manager. Ensuring that the creative and campaign managers meet all deadlines. Identifying bottlenecks, finding solutions, and managing resources proactively. Facilitating our weekly creative resources meeting. Getting jobs ready to go into creative. Managing print jobs with external printers. Managing production of tasting notes. Bottle shot photography and retouching. CRITERIA Ability to influence and engage stakeholders with a firm but fair attitude. Highly process and project management driven. Ability to interrogate systems/processes and suggest improvements. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple briefs at once. A problem solver who can motivate individuals and teams. A positive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous agency or marketing experience highly valued. Competent in Monday.com highly valued.
