By aligning with university-wide initiatives, we strive to foster academic excellence and boost graduation outcomes for students around the globe.The RoleAs part of the Student Journey Services team, Student Success Officers play a crucial role in supporting the Student Success Specialist Team, which addresses complex student cases, international student needs and compliance requirements.In this dynamic role, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities, including triaging and responding to student queries, assessing and processing applications, maintaining accurate student records and data and providing vital assistance to students facing academic challenges.
You'll also contribute to impactful, large-scale initiatives designed to enhance student success and outcomes for our diverse and growing student community.
