THE ROLE We are on the hunt for an energetic, passionate, and inspiring Student Experience Coordinator (Events Coordinator) with either a community or events background to join our team.
This is an exciting and varied role where you will be responsible for the overall end-to-end design and execution of a suite of events and experiences aimed at broadening minds, strengthening skills, and opening doors for our student residents.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member with big ideas and a drive for success. You will have the following skills, attributes, and experiences:
Degree qualified and at least 2 years' experience in an event management role.Demonstrated affinity with students and young adults.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.Exceptional customer service, including conflict resolution skills.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize a range of tasks.Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children check.
