About the role… The Organisational Design Lead is a newly created permanent role, based in our new modern office in Duncan Street, Fortitude Valley. This role sits within the newly created Centre of Expertise - "Workforce Planning & Design", which focuses on Anglicare's Workforce Strategy through building and deploying strategic workforce planning capability and equipping our services, facilities, and departments with modern, data-driven workforce management practices. This role provides a unique opportunity to:
Lead strategic organisational design and redesign during a time of change and reform, impacting the way we will work into the future. Engage with key stakeholders to develop fit for purpose organisation design aligned to strategy and service delivery models. Support the delivery of the business purpose and objectives by providing analytical and OD expertise to design the right work, roles and structures: optimise business teams and functions. Work with P&C teams to ensure that the organisation model principles and standards are understood and applied across the organisation effectively. About you…. You will be highly organised, structured and self-motivated, with the drive to get things done and achieve results. You will bring an impressive background in organisational design within a complex environment, coupled with the ability to engage, influence and partner with senior leaders using a consultative approach to achieve fit for purpose organisational design. You will bring a naturally curious mindset and initiative to work with ambiguity, while being fully supported in your role. You will be highly organised. Having worked in a large, complex environment, you will leverage your knowledge to ensure we continue to adapt and our workforce remains ready and responsive to the changes we face. Specifically, you will bring:
Proven experience in devising, managing and delivering organisation design processes and initiatives within a large/complex service delivery business – minimum 5 years experience. Highly experienced in organisational behaviour, design methodologies and change management. Sound understanding/experience with employment instruments, job evaluation and remuneration frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management skills to positively engage and collaborate on project activities. Strong detail and analytical focus and ability to think critically and creatively to come up with practical business solutions. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in project teams to achieve collective outcomes. Effective communication and influencing skills to ensure effective interactions with other people to achieve productive outcomes and build effective relationships. As a not for profit, salary sacrifice up to $15,900 of your salary for living expenses tax free (more take home pay), plus an additional entertainment card (accommodation, meals etc) up to $2650 tax free.
