Strategic Workforce Planner

looking for a long-term contract within a Federal Government environment. You are looking for a high-level position where your skills will be utilized to explore and define the current and future capability requirements, to enable staff to collectively implement against a holistic product strategy. You are an Australian Citizen with a Baseline clearance.

Responsibilities:Map and analyse the current state of aggregated organisational workforce and people capability;Assist to identify qualitative and quantitative indicators that can be used to understand workforce capability;Define and design the future Digital Product Strategy;Implement agreed systems of work to ensure sustainable and consistent roadmap in alignment with the strategy;Plan and facilitate workshops and activities to elicit information, co-design, develop and implement aspects of the roadmap and strategy.Your experience will be at the SFIA 5-6 level and you will have Tertiary qualifications in ICT/HR/Management and extensive experience in Workforce Planning.To register interest in this opportunity, either contact Katie Bedington on 0421 889 221 or send your CV by following the link below.YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE TREATED WITH THE STRICTEST CONFIDENCE
