We need a new Account Director to grow the agency's profile and success as a boutique leader in brand, strategy and creative.
We're an independent, mid-tier agency – Queensland founded and owned – so you'll find the role is a bit wider and more diverse than a network agency AD.
You'll get to flex your strategic and creative muscles here.
You'll guide the trajectory, quality and purpose of major projects, and we'll trust you with some of our most valuable clients.
You'll have a brilliant account service and production team with you at every twist and turn, and a team of extraordinary creatives whose work is nuanced and powerful.
You're a natural and strong leader who:
intimately knows the all-important spaces of strategy, digital, brand and campaignsis rich at relationships and great at relating to leaders (including executive leaders and boards)can present and pitch creative and strategy with passion and accuracystrategically plans and leads the account service team to grow each clientconfidently reps the agency at conferences and client eventsworks closely with the agency heads on new business opportunities where client service support is key to proposals and smooth new client integrationis madly curious, has a growth mentality, loves innovation, and sees opportunities and chases themreally knows how to communicate and write – because communication is key to being a truly great AD.In a nutshell, you'll develop and grow our current and future key accounts, and the account service team you'll lead.
