With state-of-the-art offices and an enviable team culture, this highly successful agency is recognised as a market leader for service delivery.About this OpportunityThey are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Senior Strata Manager to join their specialised team in assisting the Director with the operational responsibilities whilst managing a small portfolio of premium buildings.Duties will include:Operational Leadership:Assisting Director with proposalsProcess and practical improvements in Quality AssuranceManaging Team's performance and qualifications including CPDsPreparation of management reports (performance and financial)Portfolio Management:Provide high-level Strata Management services to a portfolioOversee assets integrity including physical, financial and compliance to industry regulationsPrepare for and attend associated AGM's, Extraordinary General Meetings and Council meetings when requiredLiaise with owners, tenants and contractorsOur Ideal CandidateIdeally you will have experience managing your own Strata portfolio with exposure across the full breadth of Strata Management along with a solid understanding of the Strata Titles Act is essential.
