Paradise Resort Gold Coast is looking for a Stores Supervisor with experience to join the busy Stores team on a full-time basis. Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for the storage, handling and dispatch of all inventory coming in and out of the resort. You will work closely with Department Managers to ensure all inventory supplies are sufficient to meet the operational requirements of the business and that all transactions are accurately recorded.

The Duties/Responsibilities of the Stores Supervisor will include (but not limited to): Ensuring all goods are correctly received in accordance with quantities and quality requested. Ensuring all goods correctly received are promptly stored and secured in their correct designated store location. Responsible for the prompt distribution of goods to departments. Ensuring correct documentation is completed for all goods entering and leaving Stores. Responsible for the cleanliness (excluding refrigerated/frozen food areas) and neat arrangement of stores and proper storage of goods. Implementing quality control techniques and procedures. Supervise and provide direction and guidance to team members, including the provision of training and induction. Liaising with management, suppliers and customers with respect to stores operations. Maintaining inventory control and being responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of regular reports on matters such as stock movements or dispatches. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: H&L experience (highly desirable) Ability to safely perform manual handling (e.g. lifting, pushing/pulling) Able to work autonomously and as a part of a team Safety conscious Effective communication skills; both written and verbal Willingness to use initiative and have attention to detail Flexibility with roster – be able to work a variety of shifts and hours as per business demands CULTURE & BENEFITS: At Paradise Resort, we believe our employees are an essential element in the successful delivery of an incredibly fun, energetic & memorable experience for our guests and their families which will be talked about for years to come.
