We have multiple casual positions available operating on an AM (morning) shift or a PM (afternoon) shift.
Working at our purpose-built wool selling centre, we have multiple Storeperson roles available to join the team at Ravenhall.
These roles will contribute to the smooth operations of our facility by efficiently operating the testing machines and ensuring the safe movement of wool bales throughout the wool-handling facility.
You will be working in a new, state-of-the-art facility with all the support and technology at your fingertips to ensure your success.
RESPONSIBILITIESSupported by the Wool Operations Manager, you will:Unloading and loading of trucks by forklift Marking up of bales in preparation for testing Ensure bales are labelled, recorded and branded accurately to ensure minimal errors Help in the operation of the testing equipment Adjusts over and under-weight bales as required Marking up bales in preparation for shipping Work collaboratively with other members Additional wool store duties are part of this role to help deliver team outcomes ABOUT YOUTo thrive in this role, you will have A mindset and aptitude for technology and operational processesDrivers and forklift licenceExperience with RF scanning, barcoding, and data entryExperience loading and unloading trucks with a forklift An understanding of warehouse storage and operations with a knack for problem solvingThe ability to learn and adapt in a team environmentBe a true team player with a can-do attitudeA safe work ethic is criticalABOUT ELDERSElders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
