Customer Experience Team High level of engagement with all clients (take notes of questions they ask / are their needs being met?) send questions to . Being knowledgeable about the Top Shelf Distillers portfolio and what's coming up! Expanding and elevating our "Tasting Corner" & "Cocktail Shop" program & experience to clients. Part of team developing events at the distillery level and the distillery grounds. Working in the community for pop-up events. Sales + Tracking / Goals Provide daily exceptional client interactions & transactions. Daily review of the sales at storefront level – What are the runners? Are there products that need a boost? Create new innovative ways to sell goods to clients. Be aware of NPS scores on a monthly level: Net Promoter Score - gives us metrics on the experience our clients receive with us and how we can improve. Support & report on new company launches – Cocktail Kits / promotions. How are they performing at storefront level? Fulfilment of daily pick-up order needs for our online sales channel platform through Shopify. Weekly meeting to report on progress of sales? What can we do better? Inventory and POS Monthly inventory counts at storefront level. Comprehensive knowledge of our POS (shopify) & Online shopping platforms (Shopify). Help with integration with new hardware improvements needed for system.
