About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-traffic retail pharmacy.
You'll be responsible for managing stock levels, motivating and leading a team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
This role requires a proactive and customer-centric leader who can optimise store performance and deliver outstanding service.
What You Will Do Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of customer service.Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotions.Ensure the store meets health, safety, and regulatory standards.Manage budgets, analyse store performance, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.Train, develop, and motivate staff to reach their full potential.What You Will Bring Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally within the pharmacy or discount retail sectors.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions to drive store success.Knowledge of retail compliance and health and safety regulations.What's In It for You!
