Lincraft is in an exciting growth phase and now requires a Store Manager for our store at Regency Plaza.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Retail Manager who thrives on being on the floor driving sales, motivating staff and maintaining stock control.
The Successful applicant will need to have proven experience in:
Retail experience/preferably management.
Sales, managing budgets, stock and wage control.
Great leadership and team building skills with the ability to motivate staff.
A passion for retail ensuring quality customer service.
Hands-on positive attitude with initiative.
