About the role... As the Store Manager, you'll lead your passionate and committed team to create a customer-driven culture in-store and work together to achieve goals along the way!
Be in charge of all store operations to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
Mentor and develop your team to achieve success and inspire them to grow their journey with General Pants.
Driving outcomes and results – through the right skills and behaviours, self-reflection across teams and breaking it down to bite size pieces as neededAbility to review your sales and stock sell through report, analyse what has impacted your store results and work with Regional Manager on future actionsUnderstanding and coaching others to decipher reports into actions – how to hit that % or target through actionHold yourself and each individual accountable for their own resultsMentor and coach team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselvesManage the team's workload, workflow, time management and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal settingLead and inspire the team to dig deep, love what they do and be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategyPrioritise team members wellbeing and mental health – ensuring they are healthy, taking time to recharge and to talk about how they are feelingAbout you... At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.You will have a genuine love and understanding for fashion and our brandsThe ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your teamProven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individualsA proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgetsSound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, visual merchandising, stock management, shrinkage etcMust have full Australian working rightsThe perks...
