Responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service.The Store Manager will take ownership and effectively manage the store in order to achieve:
Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Responsibility for your teams recruitment, development and performance
Visual merchandising in your store
Stock management
Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store
This will be done whilst adhering to the companies trading policies and procedures.As a Store Manager, you will also provide leadership to your team at all times. Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role.
