We have an exciting opportunity to join an Australia's Premium Menswear Brand. Our client is currently looking for a passionate, motivated, and poised Manager to join the amazing Coffs Harbour team to work on a full-time permanent basis to start immediately.

Lead, motivate, and inspire to achieve store targets. Coach, develop, and mentor your team. Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company. Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team. Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained. Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards. About you:
A genuine love and understanding of the brand (discussed upon application). Previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment. Outstanding communication skills. Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising skills. Must have full working rights within Australia.
