About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Southport, Queensland . This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of our business within the retail and consumer products industry.
What you'll be doing
Effectively manage all aspects of the retail store, including staff, inventory, sales, and customer service Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance, increase sales, and enhance the customer experience Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing retail team Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations Analyse store data and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to support the overall business objectives What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiency Demonstrable success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies Strong organizational and time management skills Relevant tertiary qualification in retail management, business, or a related field What we offer
