About the Company: Our client is one of Australia's leading women's fashion brand that is rapidly expanding! Boasting over 100 stores their product is beautifully feminine and their range is suitable for everyday, occasions, work wear and everything in between!
About the role:
As theStore Managerof the Karrinyup store you will working cohesively with your team and provide your them with strong leadership in a high volume, fast paced sales environment. You must have a genuine passion to provide excellent customer service, be able to drive sales and also maintain a positive team culture in your store. As an Store Manager you will provide your team with training and development to ensure the growth of your people and your Store's performance.
Skills and experience:
Proven experience as a Manager in a similar retail environment.
Experience in a fast paced fashion environment is desirable.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
A passion for excelling in customer service that creates repeat business.
Previous experience exceeding targets and KPIs.
Fashion forward with a knowledge of the latest trends
Ability to lead a team, drive sales and exceed company expectations
Leadership ability - able to coach, train and mentor a team
Ability to manage and create rosters
Visual Merchandising skills
High volume stock management experience
